ABOUT

Amara Moira is a trans woman, feminist, Ph.D. in literary theory and criticism from Unicamp, and author of the books E se eu fosse puta (n-1 edições, 2023) and Neca: romance em bajubá (Companhia das Letras, 2024). She is also a columnist for UOL Esporte and the Fatal Model platform. Currently, she serves as a coordinator at the Museu da Diversidade Sexual in São Paulo.

Edgar Kanaykõ Xakriabá was born in the Xakriabá Indigenous Territory, located between the municipalities of São João das Missões and Itacarambi, in the state of Minas Gerais. He is a photographer of the Xakriabá Indigenous people, who belong to the Macro-Jê linguistic trunk of the Jê family, Akwẽ subdivision. He holds a degree in Intercultural Education for Indigenous Educators (Fiei) and a master’s degree in Anthropology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).

Erica Malunguinho is an artist, educator, and entrepreneur. She holds a master’s degree in Aesthetics and Art History and was the first transgender Deputy elected in Brazil in 2018. As a parliamentarian, she served on the Human Rights Commission, the Ethics Council, and the Women’s Prosecutor’s Office. She was also part of the Anti-Racist Front and created and presided over the Parliamentary Front in Defense of LGBTQIAP+ Rights and People in Street Situations.
