ABOUT
João Silvério Trevisan has published 15 books, including fiction and essays. He is the author of Devassos no Paraíso, a multidisciplinary essay on the history of homosexuality in Brazil, and Seis balas num Buraco Só, an essay on the crisis of masculinity. He has won the Jabuti and APCA awards three times and was a finalist for the Jabuti and Oceanos awards with his recent autofiction works Pai, Pai (2018) and Meu Irmão, Eu Mesmo (2024). He holds an honorary doctorate from the Federal University of Uberlândia (MG).
Mohamed El Khatib is a writer, director, filmmaker, and visual artist born in Orléans, France, in 1980. He develops projects that encompass performance, literature, and film and is one of the founders of the Zirlib collective. Through intimate and social epics, he creates opportunities for encounters between art and those who are distant from it.
